A Look At the Top WNBA Rookies for 2015

The 2015 WNBA Draft was held in April and included many big names to check out. These are some new rookies in 2015 that deserve to be explored. They are players who have come from many schools although some of these players include ones that have been sought after for a while and will prove to be very interesting for everyone to see and enjoy watching.

Jewell Loyd – Seattle

The Seattle Storm took Notre Dame's Jewell Loyd with the first overall pick. Lloyd scored nearly two thousand points in her college career. She was also a member of the American U17 national team and amassing more than three thousand points in her high school career. She has been a consistent starter for much of her career and today she is going to bring her talents out to Seattle.

Amanda Zahui B. - Tulsa

The Tulsa Shock drafted Amanda Zahui B. from Minnesota with the second pick in the draft. The native of Sweden was a member of the First-Team All-American lineup according to the Associated Press. Her all-around skills make her as one of the most prominent figures in the college basketball scene.

Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis – Seattle

The Seattle Storm had another top pick in the draft and used it on Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis from Connecticut. She was one of the most heralded players when she was in high school and has proven herself to be a strong player.

Elizabeth Williams – Connecticut

The Connecticut Sun took in Elizabeth Williams from Duke in the draft. Williams has been an All-American three times and even got three gold medals with the USA Basketball team. Much of Williams' success has come from how she has worked well with regard to getting different types of shots off the field. These include three-point shots for the most part.

These are all great WNBA rookies to check out in 2015. These are rookies that should prove to be interesting and can be exciting for all people to check out thanks to how there are so many different skills for everyone to check out.
