Who Has the Best Shot At the 2015 MLS Cup?

The 2015 MLS season has been going on strong but not all teams are fortunate enough to be out in the running for the MLS Cup. Only a few teams are still in the running to possibly win the MLS Cup this year.

It is no surprise that the two best gambling odds for winning would belong to the two teams that are in the lead in their divisions. The LA Galaxy hold a 12-7-7 record and have 44 goals, the most in the entire league. The team has a +450 line to win the 2015 MLS Cup.

Meanwhile, the DC United has a strong line at +550 in the soccer gambling odds to win it all. DC United has a 13-5-8 record and one of the top defenses in the MLS with 25 goals against so far this year.

Much of the competition beyond the leaders can be found in the Western Conference as that conference has a few extra teams that are going to make a big run for the top. In particular, the Vancouver Whitecaps FC has a +800 line to win the MLS Cup. This comes amid the Whitecaps having one of the top records in the league at 13-3-9 and an 11 goal differential. Sporting Kansas City also has a +1200 line to win it.

From the East, the New York Red Bulls have a +1000 line to win the 2015 MLS Cup. The Red Bulls have the best goal differential in the league with 13. In fact, the Red Bulls have played about one or two games fewer than most of the other teams in the league, thus giving them a better chance to climb up and have a better shot at winning the MLS title or at least get a better chance at having a top seed.

The chances that teams have for the 2015 MLS Cup will certainly be interesting to spot as the season goes along. The teams that are in the front are going to be appealing but with so much competition in the MLS, it could be anyone’s game.
