The 2015-16 Bundesliga season is beginning but it’s interesting to see how there are two particularly unique bets for the season. The first is the traditional season-long bet to determine who will win the championship. The second is a similar one that doesn’t include Bayern Munich.
Why Two Bets?
The reason why there are two separate soccer bets for the champion in the Bundesliga comes from how Bayern Munich has been so dominant over the years. Der FCB has 25 Bundesliga titles and has won the last three. Borussia Dortmund has only eight titles and they’re the closest in that category.
Bayern also has a number of high-level players that make it the toughest side in all of Germany. Arjen Robben and Robert Lewandowski have been prominent strikers for the side and Douglas Costa is expected to give them even more power. Paired with prominent goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, Der FCB should be the clear favorite for the season.
The Odds With Bayern
Bayern Munich has a -1400 soccer betting line to win the 2015-16 Bundesliga season. Borussia Dortmund is the closest team to Bayern with a +1400 line. VfL Wolfsburg, last year’s runner-up, is not too far off at +1600.
Those who are especially adventurous can bet on SV Darmstadt 98 with +200000 odds. That side finished second in the 2. Bundesliga league, thus giving the side just its third year in its history in the top level of German play.
The Odds Without Bayern
The odds for who will finish in second in the Bundesliga or even win the league if Bayern doesn’t make it are a little more realistic. Dortmund and Wolfsburg both have +200 odds to get to that top spot without Bayern in the mix. Bayer Leverkusen has a +400 line as well. SV Darmstadt 98 is at the back again with +30000 odds.
The clear advantage that Bayern Munich has at this moment is clearly strong. This has made it to where two separate bets are being used simply to create something unique for sports gambling fanatics to try out.
