Bank Draft Payouts

Call Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or fill out our payout form inside the customer's area. All payout requests are sent out within a few hours after the request is submitted. After 11pm EST, all incoming requests will be processed the next morning.

Fees:
There is a $40 flat fee for bank drafts

Restrictions:

• All bank draft payout will have a $40 fee. The max. amount is $15,000.

Notes:
This method of payout might take up to 3 business days until you receive a check in your mail.
