Sports Gambling - Suns Rising While Pistons Breakdown

Sports gambling anticipation continues to grow for the upcoming NBA playoffs as the regular seasons stretch run is in full swing with the sports gambling odds.

Sports gambling handicappers have seen a tremendous amount of momentum swings, both good and bad, with the sports gambling odds in the stretch drive. The Phoenix Suns have emerged as on of the hottest teams on the board in any sport. From January 28 through April 2 the Suns put together a phenomenal sports gambling run in which they went 21-7 against the spread with just 5 straight up losses during that span.

The Suns improved their overall record to 50-26 straight up and 44-31-1 against the spread.  The Suns were the number one ranked offensive team in the NBA and were led by Amare Stoudemire, who led the team with 22.9 points per game scoring along with 8.9 rebounds per game.

On the other extreme with the sports gambling lines have been the Detroit Pistons, who have basically packed it in a month early.  From March 13 through April 2 the Pistons were 0-10 both straight up and against the spread to fall to an overall record of 23-52 straight up and 28-45-2 against the spread.

Detroit is the mirror opposite of Phoenix in that they rank 29th overall in scoring. Another sports gambling commodity with a recent hot hand has been the Miami Heat.

Miami put together a 7 game straight up winning streak from March 20 through April 2 while losing just 1 of those games against the spread as they gained secure footing for a playoff spot.

The Utah Jazz are another hot hand on the sports gambling board as they have been one of the most profitable NBA teams since the new year and were 11-6 against the spread from March 4 through April 2.

Utah remains one of the most consistent sports gambling commodities year in and year out and was 47-27-3 against the spread overall while in first place in the NBA Northwest Division.

One playoff team that has shown an alarming drop in their sports gambling board value have been the Denver Nuggets, who got the money in just 1 out of their 10 games between March 15 through April 1.
