Sports Book Gambling - Twins Bolt out of the Gate

Sports book gambling handicappers are seeing a familiar face jump out in front of the American League Central Division race to begin the season.

Sports book gambling excitement is growing as the Minnesota Twins won 5 out of their first 6 online sports gambling matchups to begin defense of their AL Central championship from 2009. This is shaping up to be a potentially special sports book gambling season for Minnesota as they are moving into their new stadium at Target Field as the favorite to win the AL Central title.

In addition to the hot start the Twins were also a strong “under” team with just 1 of their first 6 games going over the sports book gambling total.

First baseman Justin Morneau has been a big reason for the Twins success to start the year.  Morneau was hitting .381 with 2 home runs and 4 runs batted in.

Morneau is a proven sports book gambling asset that was a major contributor to the Twins success last year as he hit .274 with 30 home runs and 100 runs batted in.  He has hit at least 30 home runs in 3 out of the last 4 seasons.

Catcher Joe Mauer is the marquee man of the Twins and he is also off to a fine start to the season as he was hitting .353 with a home run, a double, and 3 runs batted in.  Mauer is coming off a monster performance in the 2009 baseball betting season in which he hit .365 with 30 doubles, 28 home runs, and 96 runs batted in.

Left fielder Delmon Young was another key sports book gambling performer has he was hitting .294 with 2 home runs and 7 runs batted in.  Young has impressed manager Ron Gardenhire with his willingness to work with technique adjustments from hitting coach Joe Vavra.

Reliever Jon Rauch was closing games strong for Minnesota.  He had 4 saves in 4 opportunities with an earned run average of 2.25.  This is his first sports book gambling season as a full time closer and he is quickly erasing the doubts about his ability.  Gardenhire stated that he is impressed with the start.
