Online Gambling on Carolina vs. Boston at Sports Gambling

Online gambling has already seen plenty of excitement in the NHL online sports gambling playoffs so far.

Online gambling fans have seen an incredible amount of courage and grit in the Carolina Hurricanes, who scored one of the biggest online sports gambling upsets in the first round!  There was a time late in the online gambling regular season in which the Hurricanes post season prospects were in serious doubt.

In fact many online sports gambling handicappers gave them up for dead.  But Carolina ended the regular season as one of the hottest teams in hockey gambling as they got the cash in 9 out of their last 11 games to catapult over several other eastern conference teams and into the NHL online gambling post season.

The Hurricanes didn’t rest there, however, as they then pulled off a major online gambling upset over the heavily favored New Jersey Devils in the first round of the post season.

Carolina won in dramatic fashion as they won games six and seven, with that seventh online gambling matchup being a heart-stopping 4-3 win on the road to advance into the next round.

That first round performance was a strong online gambling “tell” that Carolina is not going to be intimidated or discouraged, no matter how tough the opponent and no matter how strong that opponent is.  And there are few online gambling commodities stronger than the Boston Bruins this year.

Boston was the number one seed in eastern conference online gambling and let everyone know that the top seed was more than justified as they dispatched of the Montreal Canadiens in a four game opening round sweep of dominant proportions.

Boston has been a particularly tough home team this year as they have lost just 6 out of 43 games on home ice in regular and post season combined.  Phil Kessel was the Bruins leading goal scorer in the regular season and he picked up right were he left off in the playoffs.

Goaltender Tim Thomas had a 1.50 goals against average to begin post season play and has been in command.  Eric Staal was a big hero for Carolina in the opening round with 5 goals and he has been one of the keys to the Hurricanes making the playoffs.

Ray Whitney was the leading scorer in the regular season and kept it going in the playoffs.  Cam Ward allowed just 2.11 goals per game!
