Ravens at Steelers Week 9 Betting Odds Preview

The Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers are strong rivals who are looking to get to the top of the AFC North. Both are 5-3 and are very close to topping Cincinnati in the division and are also in a four-way tie for the two wild card spots in the Afc. They will both be competing in Pittsburgh's Heinz Field on Sunday night.

These teams already met during the second week of the season. The Ravens won that game in Baltimore 26-6 thanks to four Justin Tucker field goals. This came right after a great deal of pressure on the Ravens when led to the team waiving Ray Rice but the team has moved on well since then.

The Ravens had two wins in a row before last weekend when they lost 27-24 to Cincinnati after failing to complete a game-winning drive at the very end. Justin Forsett is fourth in the NFL with 571 rushing yards. Meanwhile, Joe Flacco has 2,049 passing yards and 14 touchdowns. C.J. Mosley has dominated the Ravens defense with 76 tackles and two interceptions while Daryl Smith is not too far off with 71 tackles.

The Steelers have won two games in a row with the latest being a 51-34 win over Indianapolis. Ben Roethlisberger is second in the NFL with 2,380 passing yards with more than 500 of those yards coming during last weekend's game with the Coltrs. From a receiving perspective, Antonio Brown is second in the entire league with 852 receiving yards. Le'Veon Bell is also third in rushing yards the NFL with 691 yards. Roethlisberger also has 16 touchdowns but he has also been sacked 20 times this year.

This is one of the closest games of the week from the betting odds standpoint. The game has a straightforward pick-em status with a -110 payout for any time to win. The over/under is 48 points for the game. This is a game that could be critical for the playoffs and could even determine a new divisional leader if Cincinnati loses to Jacksonville earlier in the day.
