NFL football gambling disgust continues to grow for the bad play of the Miami Dolphins as they have failed to live up to betting on NFL football expectations.

The New England Patriots will host the Miami Dolphins on Sunday with a starting time of 1:05 PM ET and a telecast on CBS.  Have your account open and ready at Sports-Gambling for the side and total odds on this AFC East matchup.  New England blew out the Dolphins at Miami 41-14 on October 4 in the previous matchup this year between the teams.

New England has a record of 13-2 straight up and 9-5-1 with the football odds while going over the total in 12 out of 15 games.  The Patriots are assured home field advantage as the number one seed in the AFC playoffs so their key starters may see limited playing time, if they even play at all.  The Patriots will have a bye next week as the playoffs begin.

New England ranks number one in the NFL for offensive scoring while showing constant improvement on defense to rank a respectable 13th for points allowed.  The Patriots retooled their defense in the offseason and have made a big jump in the rankings from the start of the season.

Miami has a record of 7-8 straight up and 8-7 with the odds NFL as they have gone under the total 9 times.  The Dolphins have had a bizarre season in that they have played their best football on the road.  The Fish have covered 6 out of 7 road games while getting the money in just 2 of 8 home games to make for the visitor paying out in 12 out of their 15 games so far this season.

Miami has a good defense that ranks 3rd overall in the NFL but the offense has struggled and ranks 29th for scoring.  Chad Henne has proven to be a NFL football gambling weakness at quarterback with a 77.1 rating and a really bad 15/18 touchdown/interception ratio.

Henne has had to play as his replacement, Chad Pennington, was injured earlier this year after winning the job from Henne.  Tyler Thigpen was also used at QB but was ineffective.
