NFL sports betting on the Browns will be on a team with a new coach trying to establish a new and improved attitude in the NFL football gambling preseason. Eric Mangini, known throughout NFL sports betting as an offensive guru, has come to the Browns to vastly overhaul what was one of the worst offenses in all of NFL football gambling last year.
The first big task for Mangini and his Browns this NFL sports betting preseason will be to sort out the quarterback position as Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson will both get a lot of work during the NFL sports betting exhibition campaign. The Browns open the NFL sports betting preseason August 15 at Green Bay against the Packers.
This game could be a challenging handicap as the Pack is already under fire from their home fans and media after their poor season last year and they are under pressure to get back into the playoffs.
While it may only be a NFL sports betting exhibition the Packers will still be under scrutiny while the Browns will be a potentially good value as an underdog in their opener for Mangini. Cleveland will next host the Detroit Lions on August 22.
Detroit is also playing for a new coach and coming off a terrible season but the Browns would seem to have the NFL sports betting edge in their preseason home opener.
The Browns will stay at home on August 29 as they host the Tennessee Titans, who will have very little to play for as an established veteran team that is expected to contend for the title. This looks like another good NFL sports betting spot for the Browns.
Cleveland will close the preseason September 3 at Chicago. Again, this game could favor Cleveland as a live underdog with much more to play for. The Bears are unlikely to play regulars much at all for this one.
