NFL Football Betting - Bills Preseason Preview

NFL football betting on the Buffalo Bills is for one of the least appealing teams in all of pro football betting.

Buffalo finished 7-9 in 2008 but was horrible at the end.  As NFL football betting fans should expect a team that is motivated for the preseason and a team that could bring better than expected pro football betting value as a result.  The Bills will certainly want to work on improving their offense during the NFL football betting exhibition campaign.

Quarterback Trent Edwards will be entering his most critical season in this his 3rd year as a starter.  One positive will be the addition of wideout Terrell Owens from Dallas.  Buffalo will open the pro football betting preseason in the Hall of Fame Game against the Tennessee Titans.

This Bills may figure to have the NFL football betting edge in this August 9 tilt as Tennessee is a veteran team that is expected to contend for the AFC title with little to prove in the NFL football betting exhibition season.  Buffalo will then host the Chicago Bears on August 15 in their NFL football betting preseason home opener.

The Bears will be an interesting opponent as they will be working in quarterback Jay Cutler but their defense is set and they may play a lot of backups.  This could be another great opportunity for the Bills.  The Bills then hit the road for their next NFL football betting exhibition on August 22 at Green Bay against the Packers.

Green Bay is already under intense pressure from their fan base and will likely be a tough NFL football betting preseason opponent at Lambeau Field.  But with the Bills motivated to gain a positive psyche in the exhibition season they may make for a live preseason dog that has some bite.

On August 29 the Bills will travel to Pittsburgh to take on the defending world champion Steelers.

Pittsburgh, like Tennessee, has little to prove in the NFL football betting preseason which makes Buffalo a potentially valuable dog on the road as the general public will be leery of them.  Buffalo wraps up the preseason on September 3 at home against Detroit.
