Lopsided Rivalry Continues? Ravens at Browns in Week 3

The rivalry between the Cleveland Browns and the Baltimore Ravens has been lopsided for the most part. Both teams are still coming in to Cleveland's FirstEnergy Stadium with 1-1 records this Sunday in a game that has a very close odds line to explore for this weekend's action.

The Browns had won nine straight games against the Ravens dating back to September 2009. The last meeting between the two was rather different as the Ravens lost on November 2013 to the Browns by a score of 24-18. This came as the Browns were listed at +1 for that game. The under has gone for eight of the last ten games between these teams.

The Cleveland Browns had been dealing with an extensive losing streak dating back to last season but they snapped it with a 26-24 last-second win over the New Orleans Saints this past weekend. This came as the Browns were at +4.5 for the week. The last-second field goal also propelled the game past the 49.5 point total. The Browns have won all four of their last September games ATS and have gone over the point total in their last four games after a straight up win.

The Ravens won their last game 26-6 against the Pittsburgh Steelers this past week. The Ravens were -2.5 favorites to win this game. However, they have gone under the point total in their last four games including both regular season and preseason games. The Ravens have gone under the point total in their last five September games. They are also over in six of their last seven games that have been played on grass.

The Baltimore Ravens will still be coming into the game with a narrow advantage as the team has a -1.5 spread for the game. The over/under is rather low at 41.5 points to be scored in the game. The Browns are listed at +105 for a straight up win while the Ravens are relatively close on that total at -125 for this narrow game.
