Football betting fans continue wonder which Josh McDaniels is coaching the Broncos as they have been a poor football gambling commodity after last year’s 6-0 start.

The Tennessee Titans will host the Denver Broncos on Sunday at 1:05 PM Eastern with a telecast on CBS.  Sports-Gambling opened with Tennessee as a 6.5 point home favorite and with an over/under of 41.5

Last year in his rookie season as head coach McDaniels led the Broncos to 6 wins in their first 6 games and was looking very much the part of a wunderkid genius that wore a hoodie just like his New England mentor Bill Belichick.

But Denver lost 8 out of their final 10 games and has a NFL betting mark of 1-2 both straight up and against the spread this year with 2 of those 3 games going over the total.  McDaniels has clashed frequently with players and coaches and doubt is beginning to creep in as to whether he was ready for this job.

Denver does rank 2nd in the NFL for offense but 30th in rushing as quarterback Kyle Orton has had to carry the team.  In last week’s 27-13 loss to Indianapolis as 5.5 home favorites the Broncos botched 5 trips inside the Colts 20 yard line with 0 touchdowns.  Mistakes and lack of attention to detail are killing the Broncos.

The Tennessee Titans have a NFL gambling record of 2-1 both straight up and against the spread after their 29-10 win at the New York Giants as 3 point dogs.  Tennessee has gone under the total in 2 out of 3 games.

The Titans continue to win with Vince Young as quarterback and are 8th in the NFL for rushing with Chris Johnson leading the way with 301 yards.  Tennessee has played solid defense and ranks 5th for points allowed.

Denver has an alarming football betting mark of 3-8 against the spread when coming off a straight up loss and they have gotten the money in just 2 out of their last 7 games overall.

Tennessee has covered the spread in 10 out of their last 14 games against teams with losing records.  The Broncos have gone under the total in just 6 out of their last 28 games when coming off a straight up loss.
