NCAA gambling fans will have an exciting choice of two explosive offensive attacks that could make for a NCAA football gambling shootout in Big D.

Sports-Gambling opened with Arkansas as a 7 point favorite.  Kickoff is at 3:30 PM Eastern Time and the game will be telecast by ABC.

The Texas A&M Aggies have a record of 3-1 straight up and 2-2 with the NCAA odds as 3 of their 4 games have gone over the total.

Texas A&M is coming off a brutally tough 38-35 loss at Oklahoma State last week on ESPN Thursday Night Football in which they outgained Okie State 535-351 in yards but self destructed with 5 turnovers and 8 penalties while blowing a 21-7 halftime lead.

One of the big handicapping questions for this game is whether or not Texas A&M can get off the mat for this one.  The Aggies rank 6th in the nation for offense and are a much improved 14th in the country for total defense.  Quarterback Jerrod Johnson has passed for 1274 yards but has a 12/8 touchdown/interception ratio with 4 picks thrown last week.

The 11th ranked Arkansas Razorbacks are 3-1 straight up and 2-2 with the NCAA lines.  The Hogs have been off since their 24-20 home loss to Alabama as 6.5 point home favorites in which they blew a 20-7 halftime lead.  Much like Texas A&M the game was a crushing disappointment although they have had more time to get over it.

Arkansas is a well balanced team that ranks 18th in the country for total offense and 23rd in the nation for total defense.  Quarterback Ryan Mallett has a 69% completion rate with a 10/5 TD/INT ratio and had a bad second half against Bama, which has taken away some of the luster from his otherwise stellar reputation with gamblers and fans.

Joe Adams is a key receiver that is averaging 20.5 yards per catch and 2 touchdowns.

Arkansas has scored just 5 NCAA gambling payouts in their last 16 non conference games but the Aggies are 4-9 against the spread in non conference action themselves.

In last year’s inaugural matchup of this series that will be played annually at “Jerry’s World” the Hogs scored a 47-19 blowout win and payoff as the game snuck under the total of 67.
