NCAA Football Betting - Clemson vs Miami

NCAA football betting on Clemson with coach Dabo Swinney is much the same as it was with the NCAA betting lines as with previous coach Tommy Bowden.

NCAA football betting with Swinney’s Tigers is the ultimate roller coaster ride of extreme highs and lows with the NCAA betting lines as proven again last week. Clemson scored an impressive 38-3 NCAA football betting home win over Wake Forest as 8.5-point favorites with the NCAA betting lines to climb back into the bowl race with a record of 3-3 straight up and 4-2 against the spread.

The win halted a 2-game NCAA football betting losing streak and took some heat off of Swinney, who was under intense fire after a 21-24 loss at Maryland on October 3 to one of the worst teams in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

After that NCAA football betting humiliation the Tigers had a bye week in which Swinney got into a shouting match with his offensive coordinator.  All of the problems sparked a players-only team meeting before the Wake Forest game.  Clemson’s much maligned offense exploded for close to 400 yards against Wake.

Swinney called the NCAA football betting win a “complete team performance”.  “The biggest thing you saw today was a team come together and play like they’re capable”, said the coach.  “Hopefully this is the beginning of our season”.

The Miami Hurricanes will offer a supreme test to whether or not the Tigers are really back as a true NCAA football betting contender.  Miami has a NCAA football betting record of 5-1 both straight up and against the spread. The Hurricanes are coming off a 27-7 NCAA football betting win at Central Florida as 12-point road chalks.

Senior running back Javarris James went over the 2000 yard mark for his career in the win.  The Miami’s defense is a top 25 unit that should prove to be all that Clemson’s 96th ranked offense can handle.  Miami quarterback Jacory Harris has been erratic at times with 11 touchdown passes but 7 interceptions.

He was sharp at Central Florida, however, going 20-26 for 293 yards and a touchdown.  Miami is a tough running team led by James and his 362 yards with a 5.0 yards per carry average.

This game will be a great opportunity for Clemson to prove whether or not they are truly back or last week was just an aberration.  Swinney’s seat could get really hot with a bad game at Miami as the Canes are thinking “BCS!”
