Basketball Betting on Warriors vs. Jazz at Sports Gambling

Basketball betting on Saturday’s game between Golden State and Utah is a NBA betting matchup with many factors to consider.

Basketball betting has gone in extremes for both teams but Utah has been the better NBA betting commodity in this situation.  The Golden State Warriors are a feast or famine basketball betting commodity.  On the road this year, it’s been a lot more famine than feasting for Golden State.

The Warriors had a road NBA betting record of just 12-24-2 against the basketball betting lines.  Overall, the home team has a strong basketball betting mark of 46-26-3 against the spread in Golden State games this season.

The Warriors have trended “under” this basketball betting season in road action with a mark of 16-22 under the number.  From March 24 through April 3, however, Golden State went on a basketball betting run in which they went over the total in 5 out of 6 games.

In keeping with the basketball betting extremes of their season the Warriors ranked a strong 2nd overall in the NBA for offense while ranking 30th overall on defense.  The Utah Jazz will once again make their annual trek into the basketball betting post season but they seem to be lacking the zip of past Jazz teams.

Utah had an overall record of 46-30 straight up and 37-39 against the basketball betting lines.  Utah was 21-18 against the spread in home basketball betting action for the season.  The Jazz were operating in the black as they have usually done in past seasons until they hit mid-March.

From March 11 through April 3 Utah lost 10 out of 12 games against the spread to end up bleeding red ink overall for the season.  Utah’s defense has been a source of weakness and concern as it ranked only 17th in the NBA.  Their offense, on the other hand, was a strong 7th ranked unit.

The last meeting between the Warriors and Jazz was on March 1 at Golden State as the Jazz got the cash in a 112-104 win as 4.5-point chalks with the game going under the total of 226.5.
