Belmont Stakes betting fans currently have a list of 12 top contenders with the Belmont Stakes odds with further additions possible as post time draws closer.
There will be both some new and some familiar names with the Triple Crown handicappers to choose from with the horse betting odds starting with the second place horse of the Preakness Stakes; First Dude.
First Dude impressed everyone in the Preakness and will be one of the favorites to take the Belmont with Ramon Dominguez aboard and Dale Romans training.
Another familiar name with horse racing gambling handicappers is Ice Box, who was the show horse in the Kentucky Derby before skipping the Preakness Stakes which will make him a well rested horse for Belmont Stakes betting with Jose Lezcano getting the mount and famed New York legend Nick Zito training.
Stately Victor is another horse that should be familiar to Belmont online stakes wagering fans. He ran a disappointing 8th in the Kentucky Derby but has not run since and will bring fresh legs to the Belmont with Alan Garcia riding and Michael Maker training.
Stately Victor was the winner of the Grade 1 Blue Grass Stakes and has credibility with that title.
Game On Dude will be one of the newer names in Belmont Stakes betting as this race is already being touted as the “Battle of the Dudes.” Martin Garcia will get the mount while the famed Bob Baffert will serve as trainer after his thrilling win in the Preakness Stakes with Lookin at Lucky, who will skip the Belmont.
